Key PointsIn order to assist and advise our customers, it is important to note, as all our radiators are cast using traditional methods and casting moulds, there will be slight imperfections and fettling marks on our radiators and this is how we have always wanted to supply them.
This is because we are passionate about wanting to supply our cast iron radiators which have the appearance and authenticity of being many many decades old, but with the features and guarantees associated with that of a modern radiator.
An important point to note for some..... The lighter the colour of your radiator the more these slight marks will possibly be noticed due to shadowing etc and the lighter colours such as Cream White are likely to require touching up more often to keep free from accidental scuffs and knocks.
On the other hand, for obvious reasons, the darker the colour, the more forgiving and less likely these marks will be noticed and as such, these are much easier to ensure the always look in 'Tip Top' condition.

As the radiators are hand assembled, all dimensions are approximate. We therefore advise that pipework should only be put in place once the radiator has been delivered.
Bush Ends
All bush ends/caps will only be hand tight to allow customers to interchange if on a gravity fed heating system & will need fitting correctly when installed with PTFE etc.
Accessories & Bleed Valves
All Fittings (Valves, Wall stays, Shrouds etc) ordered will be placed in a box located on top of the top radiator. Air Vents/bleed valves will be inside this box, within a SEALED ORANGE BAG stating 'Bleed Valves Enclosed', and stapled to the yellow A3 sheet with our Fitting Instructions. You MUST check it's content upon delivery & report any missing items immediately.

Our Cast Iron Radiators are guaranteed for a period of 10 years, Valves for 2 years and all other products (excluding reclaimed products or where specified) for 1 year from the date of the Purchaser’s invoice to be free from any manufacturing defects. The Company will replace any goods found faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship defects, free of charge within this period, subject to the following exceptions:

We always advise you to wait for your cast iron radiators to be onsite before working out pipe work and pipe centres widths. This is because cast iron is not an exact product and because each radiator is hand assembled there will always be slight discrepancies as indicated on each radiator page in the lengths of same style & size radiators.
However, we appreciate that occasionally some prep work may need to be carried out prior to your order arriving onsite and that approximate pipe centre measurements may be required for first fix purposes.
In this instance, please refer to the technical drawing/specification document, saved as a PDF on each individual valve type, for the measurement from the thread on the valve tail to the centre point of the valve, and add this to the length of your radiator to work out your approximate pipe centre measurement.
For example, if fitting one of our Kenilworth Thermostatic Valve Sets, which has a measurement of 45mm from thread on the valve tail to the centre point of the valve, to a 10 section, Traditional Victorian radiator at 650mm wide, the approximate pipe centre measurement would be 740mm.
For the approximate measurement off the skirting board or wall if no skirting is used to the pipe centre we suggest half the depth of the cast iron radiator + 10mm as a minimum.
For the approximate ‘outside valve to outside valve measurement’ (the minimum measurement to be able to operate the valves freely) you should add approx. 150mm/6.0” to the length indicated for each radiator in the Specification tab, however this measurement will vary depending on the valve that is fitted - this measurement should be used if fitting the radiator and valves into an area where there may be a width restriction.
*PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE ABOVE MEASUREMENTS SHOULD BE USED AS A GUIDE ONLY.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES - Lead times to despatch are now shown live on the website and we will always do our utmost to keep to stated times.
All radiator pallet deliveries are made on a 7.5t Lorry (the smallest vehicle we can book) with tail lift to kerb side only or nearest hard standing and are based on a 'Book In & Signed For' All Day service (9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. - Week days only).
Once the order has been booked out for despatch, you will receive status emails periodically from Mobile People Powered Logistics (Mobile PPL), our delivery partner, to confirm receipt of the order, confirmation of the pallet being scanned to a delivery vehicle (with ETA), and then confirmation of delivery completed.
Alternative ‘All Day’ dates will be available at no additional cost to suit.
Upgraded to services such as Next Day delivery, Dedicated Day a.m. or p.m., timed delivery windows and Saturday deliveries where available are available for an additional charge to be paid directly with Mobile PPL only.
RED ROUTES & RESTRICTIVE PARKING - Please note drivers are unable to park on double yellow or red lines due to the risk of a parking ticket.
ACCESS - Please inform us if there are any access restrictions at your delivery point (such as 7.5T weight restrictions or height restricted bridges).
If you require a 'Dedicated Day' (working week day) for delivery to ensure you have help to hand you must indicate this in the message box at checkout. Please note that this may delay delivery slightly. This will still be a kerb side only or nearest hard standing service. For Saturday delivery, there will be an additional charge on top of the standard delivery charge quoted if this service is available.
We must stress that a Pallet Delivery Service is always kerbside only. The drivers are not insured to assist you with any aspect of moving the goods from the kerbside. This is to remove any potential risk of personal injury or damage to your goods, or your property. We remind you that it is not in your interest to encourage a driver to assist you in any way that falls outside of his responsibility. If, in the event the driver does agree to assist you, we assume you accept full responsibility for any subsequent damage to any person, or property and by doing so you will void any right to make a subsequent Insurance claim.
Care should be taken when removing radiator(s) from the pallet on delivery. Radiators should be lifted off and NOT dragged/pulled as this will result in paintwork being damaged. When removed from the pallet, all radiators must be carried in an upright position to prevent damaged to joints.
If any items are deemed to be missing from any order, we must be contacted immediately (not longer than 2 days from receipt) via email. Failure to do so will result in additional items supplied being charged to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs incurred due to any shortfalls which have not been notified within the timescales above.

You MUST ensure your vehicle is suitable to take the order safely, you are able to easily load and unload all radiators safely (remember the radiators are very heavy) and that all radiators can be supported and MUST be fully support when laid flat. This is the second of these radiators we’ve bought mainly because we liked the first one so much. They look fantastic in our hallway and upstairs landing! We had really good advice from the sales team, especially with the second one which was larger and came in 2 pieces. Only thing to note is you will need to find a plumber willing to install them as they can be very heavy! We’ve been lucky and found someone who does these regularly. The radiators are worth the extra expense if you want to add some real character to a room!!

A few years ago redeveloping a property I bought 28 traditional Victorian radiators - assorted sizes. They were a joy to fit and kept a 1925 property very warm! Now starting to upgrade another property - it was a no brainer to come back to you - only 2 to start!! fitted yesterday and are perfect. I hadn't forgotten how heavy they are, I was pleased I still have a six wheel sack trolley to get them upstairs - I'd recommend this kit for anyone as it makes life easy!

I ordered an 8 section for this Victorian radiator for dimensions to match the placement I needed. It turned out as expected and was produced exactly in time with the estimated delivery provided.
It was fitted just last week but seems to be already performing as expected. Time will tell for the rest.

We bought 3 of these radiators from here, after a lot of deliberation, review research and telephone calls to different companies. We requested a delayed delivery date due to when our plumbers could actually do the work, and the Cast Iron Radiator Centre accommodated this perfectly, keeping us appraised of what was happening when. Very pleased we ordered these radiators from this company, and when we need two more we will be ordering again from here.

Taken a little while to get all fitted, but no issues and advice received really helpful.
TOP TIP. I did have a slight concern moving these radiators (which being cast iron are heavy. Durrrrr obviously!) up some narrow stairs, but after speaking with the team at cast iron radiator centre, I decided to get an assembly tool and reduce the sizes to make getting upstairs a lot easier. My back is fine and radiators look fab.

This is the perfect balance of cast iron beauty with manageable weight. If you're looking for a vintage aesthetic and residual warmth but want to be able to carry it in yourself, this is the way to go. It's still heavy, don't get me wrong, but unlike some of the other radiators on offer here you should be able to haul it in with a helper (unless you're getting over 800 in length - book a remover to help, you'll need four of them).

This is the second house project I have used the Cast Iron radiator company for. They continue to be great value for money, good looking radiators with a great finish. The team are also very helpful and professional and turnaround and customer updates are always spot on. I had a slight issue with vales missing from my order, but Steve was brilliant and arranged for a courier to have the valves delivered within 24 hours with no quibble. I have more rooms to renovate and will definitely be ordering from these guys.

Not connected up yet, but the new radiator looks really nice. Had a couple of minor marks on arrival (from transit). CIRC sent out some black satin touch up paint very quickly & now you can't even tell it was ever scratched. Extremely happy with the look of this. Great customer care, giving updates all the way through the production and delivery process. Only concern is over the terms of the final delivery where they expect the items to be inspected on the kerbside. The delivery men do not seem to know that and just drove away. And to be honest, give the weight of the things it is virtually impossible to inspect on delivery. But they seem to disclaim any responsibility for any fault not found at the kerbside, which is a bit off.

I spent a long time looking at cast iron radiators and the advice given to me by CIRC was always spot on. They also suggested the most practical product as opposed to the most expensive. In the end I opted for the tallest 4 column radiator in order to get the required BTU from one radiator. It's a bit of a beast but the heat it gives out is amazing and has transformed our usually chilly front room into a sauna.
The build quality is excellent. I have two other column radiators from different heating companies that came cheaper and it certainly shows compared to this one. Pricewise it was also about half of what I would have paid with other companies.
The matt black finish is lovely and the valves and wall stays look far more expensive than they actually cost. The whole set up looks fantastic in our Edwardian house.
Cannot fault them at all. Just hoping they might add a polished finish to their range soon...
We have now had 9 or these radiators from you know , everything is perfect never any issue, absolutely lovely they enhance every room . Delivery company always helpful as they can quite heavy , they are always happy to take them right up to the doorway , of course they are on pallets so can go no further . we have three more to go next year and Ill be buying them from the Cast Iron Radiator Centre.

I went with the 2 23 column radiators back in the summer and recently had them fitted. The communication was great and the delivery arrived with a phone call when the driver was close along with tracking. As you can imagine these are very heavy and as advised it's a verb side delivery. Hi, we bought 3 large 4 column radiators from the Cast Iron Radiator Centre in February 2019. They were delivered on the agreed date by a friendly van driver. One of the radiators had a small problem which customer services resolved very quickly. This is the second time I have bought radiators from this company and I would highly recommend

All the radiator look great. We haven’t had them installed yet but so far so good. One think I wasn’t too impressed with was the delivery service. It was very expensive for a service you don’t get to choose a delivery date for. I phoned them twice to get a rough estimate on delivery time but they never got back to me. Driver ended up having to leave them outside. That’s the only thing that has made me a bit disappointed with the service.

Awesome Rads! The first one I fitted was ordered by the customer and I’ve just ordered and fitted a second this week! They look great in the primer. No doubt even better with a lick of paint! The traditional rad valves are really worth the money and considering a normal plastic set are still about 20 quid, I wouldn’t skimp on them. I’d go for the more expensive wall ties. Fitted both types and the more expensive type are both more secure and better looking! But most importantly, they kick out the heat!!!!

We live in a traditional Edwardian house and bought 3 radiators last October. We were so pleased with them that we bought another 2 in February. They are all excellent and look as though they have always been there. The company were very helpful when we had questions to ask. One small detail: they only deliver to kerbside, so if you have bought large radiators then make sure you have a way of getting them into your house. They are very heavy.

Found the company online and they are local to us so went to view their range, staff very friendly and helpful. Found what we wanted to order and they put the order on the computer as a quotation and emailed it to me so we could double check the dimensions before we placed our order. Once ordered it was ready in the time frame given and now it’s fitted it looks great in our new kitchen and heats our kitchen/conservatory effectively
The paint finish and qualty on the radiators is superb. I have used other companies in the past who charge nearly twice as much for badly finished radiators , full of millscale, that you have to put together yourself. They kept us informed throughout the process.

I am very happy indeed with the look of the radiators and the finish, although not plumbed in as yet. V smart. So much better than modern radiators in a period property. Courier service was also efficient given my home is on a busy road with restricted parking, he just pulled up outside and unloaded. Good customer service. The order was dealt with efficiently and as agreed. I was recommended to the company by a family member who also said he received great service.
The cast iron radiator was a very good purchase for us... ordering was straightforward, communication was excellent, it took a week or so and the product is outstanding, came with all the correct fixings and valves and is half the price I can find anywhere else on the net. 5 Stars for sure

Lovely to look at and wonderfully warm, good value, just what I needed.
I've been looking for old cast iron radiators for months and buying reclaimed and having them flushed out and re painted would certainly work out more expensive.
These radiators are brand new but just like the old cast iron radiators and a great quality and very heavy.
I would certainly recommend, a quick a friendly service who are there to help.

I've been waiting until I had the radiator fitted before leaving a review. It certainly looked great when it arrived, but I wanted to see how it performed. Luckily, it performs as well as it looks. The radiator it replaced was a modern double panel of the same length, and the performance difference is absolutely incredible. It takes a while to heat up, but when it does it really pumps out the heat. Will be replacing the rest of the radiators in my house with the same model as soon as I can. Can't fault it.
Just received my cast iron radiator in Pewter. Very good quality and a real focal point. I scoured the internet before purchasing and this company was by far the most competitive, due to the quality and output of the radiator. I will be purchasing more as we renovate our property room by room, and wouldn't purchase anywhere else.
We are doing a renovation. The contractors got us some Aluminium new fangled column radiators telling us that we would pay twice the amount for cast. Told them to send them back and ordered 16 radiators at two thirds of the price....

Bought 2 large radiators for our very large loft conversion, they look absolutely stunning and within minutes of turning the heat on the room is toastie warm they throw out so much heat we have decided to buy some more and put them in all our rooms as and when we decorate them. The service from this company has been excellent, we were kept up to date with delivery times and they were bang on time with their estimated delivery quoted at order point . We had a small issue with one of the bushends leaking slightly, I called them and they sent one out that day, it arrived the next morning.

Bought the Victorian 4 column 760mm -11 section in antique bronze to finish off the hallway which has been recently renovated . Fitted the rad a few days ago and it looks fantastic , very classy and a real focal point . Had positive comments from most who walk past when entering the house . I am a plumber and found the radiator , Bentley trv set , pipe shrouds and wall stays all in antique brass to be of the highest quality . Very happy with this product , which was delivered within the time allocated , and would recommend .
Point to note that the antique bronze colour shown on the website is lighter than the actual colour of the rad which I was glad about as I feel it looks better darker .

This is the 3rd of these rads that I've used in a slow, piecemeal renovation that has been ongoing for years. Delighted with it, as I am with the others - delivery is always far swifter than indicated when ordering and no fuss. Excellent value, perfect for purpose. Will happily continue adding to the 3 in my slow and piecemeal way.
Radiators look great (anthracite) and always attract admiring comments. However, it is summer and i haven't had a chance to appreciate their heat yet...

Product is excellent, I couldn't believe how much heat it actually radiates. Only issue I had was with the courier service. I was informed that they would call me to arrange a convenient time for delivery, however, they called me whilst I was in work to inform me that they were outside my property with the products. They left the delivery in my back garden. Fortunately it was there when I came home, so, no damage done.

Great radiator, in fact THE best radiator I've ever owned. I fitted an electric element and use it as a super brilliant alternative to a horrible heater. I have purchased several column radiators from Coventry on separate occasions and I have thus far been very pleased with them. I chose to keep the radiator in their original matt black primer colour and they look great.
When first used they do give off a mild smell initially but I presume this is simply a consequence of the primer settling in on being heated for the first few times.
Delivery has been prompt and without issue. Be aware the larger radiators are VERY heavy, you will need at least three men, ideally four to get them up stairs!
Good product. I can highly recommend.
I had three of these radiators fitted in August they look great in my victorian house. Much better I think than others I have previously bought at much more expensive prices. I have waited until I had them switched on to do this review and can now report they throw out a wapping heat.

Excellent radiator - bought with 3 x 19 section radiators. Great customer service and excellent radiators. Satin black is an excellent choice of colour and is perfect next to white wall. Would buy again. These really pump out the heat as well!!
Looked at many different cast iron radiators - on many sites - but chose these. They look great and the Satin black finish is perfect against white walls. The customer service was excellent and everybody who has seen these radiators in situ on my new wooden flooring has commented on how great they look. I don't write many customer reviews - but I've had great customer service and am extremely happy. Just be aware the 19 section radiators are V heavy and can only just be moved by 2 strong men!! By the time you have moved 3 of them you know about it!

Have just received an order of 3 of these radiators.
The Company is a treat to deal with. I have had to ring the customer service department a couple of times for advice in regards to fitting/flushing and nothing is a problem. The service is superb and I cant praise them enough. In total I now have 4 Victorian radiators from this firm and will certainly be ordering again.

We have bought various sizes in the 760mm & 660mm traditional four column radiators. We are really pleased with not only the great heat ouputs these radiators give out, but the authentic look the have given our home.
They were great value, I couldn't find cheaper on the net.
