Key PointsIn order to assist and advise our customers, it is important to note, as all our radiators are cast using traditional methods and casting moulds, there will be slight imperfections and fettling marks on our radiators and this is how we have always wanted to supply them.
This is because we are passionate about wanting to supply our cast iron radiators which have the appearance and authenticity of being many many decades old, but with the features and guarantees associated with that of a modern radiator.
An important point to note for some..... The lighter the colour of your radiator the more these slight marks will possibly be noticed due to shadowing etc and the lighter colours such as Cream White are likely to require touching up more often to keep free from accidental scuffs and knocks.
On the other hand, for obvious reasons, the darker the colour, the more forgiving and less likely these marks will be noticed and as such, these are much easier to ensure the always look in 'Tip Top' condition.

Standard finish to all cast iron radiators is a cellulose base coat.

As the radiators are hand assembled, all dimensions are approximate. We therefore advise that pipework should only be put in place once the radiator has been delivered.
Bush Ends
All bush ends/caps will only be hand tight to allow customers to interchange if on a gravity fed heating system & will need fitting correctly when installed with PTFE etc.
Accessories & Bleed Valves
All Fittings (Valves, Wall stays, Shrouds etc) ordered will be placed in a box located on top of the top radiator. Air Vents/bleed valves will be inside this box, within a SEALED ORANGE BAG stating 'Bleed Valves Enclosed', and stapled to the yellow A3 sheet with our Fitting Instructions. You MUST check it's content upon delivery & report any missing items immediately.

Our Cast Iron Radiators are guaranteed for a period of 10 years, Valves for 2 years and all other products (excluding reclaimed products or where specified) for 1 year from the date of the Purchaser’s invoice to be free from any manufacturing defects. The Company will replace any goods found faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship defects, free of charge within this period, subject to the following exceptions:

We always advise you to wait for your cast iron radiators to be onsite before working out pipe work and pipe centres widths. This is because cast iron is not an exact product and because each radiator is hand assembled there will always be slight discrepancies as indicated on each radiator page in the lengths of same style & size radiators.
However, we appreciate that occasionally some prep work may need to be carried out prior to your order arriving onsite and that approximate pipe centre measurements may be required for first fix purposes.
In this instance, please refer to the technical drawing/specification document, saved as a PDF on each individual valve type, for the measurement from the thread on the valve tail to the centre point of the valve, and add this to the length of your radiator to work out your approximate pipe centre measurement.
For example, if fitting one of our Kenilworth Thermostatic Valve Sets, which has a measurement of 45mm from thread on the valve tail to the centre point of the valve, to a 10 section, Traditional Victorian radiator at 650mm wide, the approximate pipe centre measurement would be 740mm.
For the approximate measurement off the skirting board or wall if no skirting is used to the pipe centre we suggest half the depth of the cast iron radiator + 10mm as a minimum.
For the approximate ‘outside valve to outside valve measurement’ (the minimum measurement to be able to operate the valves freely) you should add approx. 150mm/6.0” to the length indicated for each radiator in the Specification tab, however this measurement will vary depending on the valve that is fitted - this measurement should be used if fitting the radiator and valves into an area where there may be a width restriction.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES - Lead times to despatch are now shown live on the website and we will always do our utmost to keep to stated times.
All radiator pallet deliveries are made on a 7.5t Lorry (the smallest vehicle we can book) with tail lift to kerb side only or nearest hard standing and are based on a 'Book In & Signed For' All Day service (9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. - Week days only).
Once the order has been booked out for despatch, you will receive status emails periodically from Mobile People Powered Logistics (Mobile PPL), our delivery partner, to confirm receipt of the order, confirmation of the pallet being scanned to a delivery vehicle (with ETA), and then confirmation of delivery completed.
Alternative ‘All Day’ dates will be available at no additional cost to suit.
Upgraded to services such as Next Day delivery, Dedicated Day a.m. or p.m., timed delivery windows and Saturday deliveries where available are available for an additional charge to be paid directly with Mobile PPL only.
RED ROUTES & RESTRICTIVE PARKING - Please note drivers are unable to park on double yellow or red lines due to the risk of a parking ticket.
ACCESS - Please inform us if there are any access restrictions at your delivery point (such as 7.5T weight restrictions or height restricted bridges).
If you require a 'Dedicated Day' (working week day) for delivery to ensure you have help to hand you must indicate this in the message box at checkout. Please note that this may delay delivery slightly. This will still be a kerb side only or nearest hard standing service. For Saturday delivery, there will be an additional charge on top of the standard delivery charge quoted if this service is available.
We must stress that a Pallet Delivery Service is always kerbside only. The drivers are not insured to assist you with any aspect of moving the goods from the kerbside. This is to remove any potential risk of personal injury or damage to your goods, or your property. We remind you that it is not in your interest to encourage a driver to assist you in any way that falls outside of his responsibility. If, in the event the driver does agree to assist you, we assume you accept full responsibility for any subsequent damage to any person, or property and by doing so you will void any right to make a subsequent Insurance claim.
Care should be taken when removing radiator(s) from the pallet on delivery. Radiators should be lifted off and NOT dragged/pulled as this will result in paintwork being damaged. When removed from the pallet, all radiators must be carried in an upright position to prevent damaged to joints.
If any items are deemed to be missing from any order, we must be contacted immediately (not longer than 2 days from receipt) via email. Failure to do so will result in additional items supplied being charged to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs incurred due to any shortfalls which have not been notified within the timescales above.

If you are collecting your order, please remember that this can only be done by appointment only between the hours of 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
You MUST ensure your vehicle is suitable to take the order safely, you are able to easily load and unload all radiators safely (remember the radiators are very heavy) and that all radiators can be supported and MUST be fully support when laid flat. We will not accept responsibility for damage caused subsequent to collection.

I bought these radiators about three years ago. I loved the look of them but unfortunately they developed some leaks. I got in touch as they were still under guarantee and Liam was extremely helpful, sorted a replacement out very quickly. And even when there was a slight mishap with the replacement order he sorted it out at no cost to me. Very happy with the service and the replacement radiators – good, reliable people.

I bought cream ones for downstairs but decided on antique bronze and satin black ones for upstairs. They are fabulous. Totally classy. Great customer service as ever and outstanding products. The only huge letdown is the courier service. These things weight 35-70kg and the drivers just leave them on the road side, or a different kerb. You should offer a variety of delivery options for customers to choose what to pay for. It was stressful which is such a shame as the products and customer care we’re utterly great. The delivery, in contrast, was 100% stress.

All process starting for order to delivery was exceptionally smooth and easy. My estimated delivery date was for the end of September but to my big surprise my order was ready to dispatch end of August. I’ve got the call for the CIRC and we agreed delivery date. Product is already at home well ahead of schedule. Absolutely brilliant !!! My radiators arrived very well packed and protected from any potential damages. Recently I am dealing myself with the number of the companies due to number of different jobs in my property. My experience in terms of customer service and understanding of my order / instructions was not great and some of those companies will never get more business from me due to negligence and lack of understanding basic jobs requirements.

My oversized radiators due to the number of sections had to be split into two parts and they arrived in the manageable sections easy to assemble. CIRC team really understood my order requirements. My 3 radiators along with all the fittings actually arrived 1 week early which was fine with me with everything very well packaged for protection against scratches etc.. The only downside was with the delivery company used.. After staying in all day waiting for delivery, nothing arrived so i contacted the delivery company who came up with some ridiculous excuse and when i said i would contact Cast Iron Radiators they soon came up with a next day delivery at 10am.. Now i cannot wait to have the radiators fitted and look forward to a very warm winter...

I've ordered four different radiators from this site and this is the one I aesthetically like the best. It's got style without being overly decorative so it will fit nicely into any environment and be beautiful without being an eye-grabbing statement piece.
This one's heavy, look at the weight for the length you're ordering and plan in advance to have professional removers there to help! Roughly one person per 40kg is required to budge these things.
Outstanding customer service from start to finish. So nice to have someone intelligent and knowledgeable on the phone. The delivery company did NOT give us time to check the contents as promised. As we were warned, these radiators are very heavy and need careful handling. But we love them.

This is the second radiator we've purchased, the first for our kitchen and this one for the bathroom and I would definitely recommend this company.
They provided a seamless service from order to delivery, kept us updated throughout and provided a quality product that looks fantastic. Also much prefer to modern style radiators as they maintain their heat for so much longer and I feel so much cleaner as not enclosed so easy to dust.

Ordered with Bentley thermostatic valves; worth the extra few quid. Easy ordering and quick turn-round, delivered on agreed date. Have someone around for delivery; super heavy and you'll need to unpack prior to the delivery guy leaving. Strongly recommended.
Chose gunmetal grey and cannot believe how stunning it looks especially for the price. Searched for weeks to find something as attractive & competitive. Do beware that it is very heavy!! This is my 2nd cast iron radiator purchase from this company and I have say these guys are great, once my ordered was placed I had regular updates about progress and delivery with absolutely no hassle as for the radiator it self it look stunning and the heat generated it so much better than the standard steel one I had there before.

I have just replaced all 5 radiators in my home with radiators from Cast Iron Radiator Centre. I couldn't be happier with them - the rads themselves are gorgeous, true to original design. The finish is of a very high quality and works beautifully with the colours in my rooms (I have half in the Gunmetal and half in the Antique Bronze). The valves, wall stays, shrouds and base plates complete the look. I am delighted with the change this has made in the way my house looks and feels - and amazed at the heat efficiency against the size. My old radiators (which I inherited when I bought the house) took up more space and gave out less heat.
I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to beautify their home with a bit of warm cast iron.
