Got a discount code that you can’t wait to use? In this short guide, we’re sharing how to apply your discount code to your basket so you can enjoy incredible savings on your purchase.
First things first, you need your code. You might have received an exclusive discount code on social media. We also share discount codes with our community of email subscribers. If you want to make sure you never miss out on a discount, we recommend signing up for updates.
Discount codes are case sensitive, so you need to make sure it matches exactly. You should also avoid adding spaces to your discount code, as this will stop it from working. A simple way to make sure you get the right discount code is to copy and then paste the code.
Next is the fun part! We can’t apply the discount until you’ve selected your items, so it’s time to start filling up your basket.
If you are using a laptop, PC or tablet, the Voucher Code section appears on the right hand side. You’ll find it just above the subtotal.
If you are using a mobile phone, the Voucher Code section will only appear when you have added something to your basket. It will be one of the first things you see, below the “Delivery Country” field.
Paste your voucher code into the field and then click on “Apply Voucher Code”. If there are errors with the code, or if your purchase is not eligible, you will receive an error message.
If the code is successful, you will see the discount applied to your order.
Top tip: If you receive an error message, check you have copied the code exactly. It’s helpful to copy and paste the code if you aren’t sure.
You can now complete the checkout process as normal, with your discount applied to your basket.
