This year, our production and customer support teams will finish for the Christmas break close of business on the 20th December 2024 and re-open again on 2nd January 2025.
What this means for you and your orders…….
As this year comes to an end, demand for our traditional cast iron radiators, especially following our extended Black Friday event, has been incredible, so a big thank you to all our loyal and new customers for your continued business.
Our ‘Anticipated Despatch’ notice shown on all radiator pages and the basket page will give you up to date accurate information when your order will be despatched so that you can plan for your orders arrival.
However, depending on the actual order placed, we often beat the lead times quoted and will always try to do so to assist our customers with a more efficient service. If we can, we will call you first to agree any new despatch times.
Last despatch date for those radiator orders ready will be Wednesday 18th December 2024 and we will resume pallet despatch as normal from the 2nd January 2025.
The last date that we can receive orders for pre-Christmas despatch on a Next Day service will be close of business on Thursday 19th December 2024 with delivery being booked for delivery 23rd December 2024.
Any orders placed after the cut-off date cannot be guaranteed to be despatched prior to Christmas, but we will endeavour to do so.
